YELL Members Hear from Colleges

Young Emerging Leaders of Levelland held their third meeting this year and were treated to hearing about colleges in our area. Admissions Counselors Lindsey Sharp (SPC), Marrisa Rivera (WTA&MU), Chelsea Wallace (TTU), and Shay Gonzales (LCU) all gave the YELL members in attendance tips on picking a university and the different areas of study that fits them. They gave students a checklist for the admissions process, mentioning transcripts, test scores, and scholarships. Students left the luncheon provided by the Levelland Chamber of Commerce wondering what colleges can do for them!
